The Executive Board and myself are working together to provide our members with excellent membership services and support. Our Collegiates, Alumni, and Sigma Betas in conjunction with our Community and Corporate partners strive to provide our communities with services around our major programs of Education, Bigger and Better Business, Social Action and Sigma Beta clubs. The Delta Kappa Chapter of Phi Sigma Sigma followed in 1984 and the Florida Nu Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity followed in 1987. Our ideals of Brotherhood, Scholarship and Service are being exemplified throughout the State and thru this website you will see our initiatives in action. Florida International Universitys Greek community was founded in 1979 by the Elite Lambda Tau Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated. This deep conviction was mirrored in the Fraternity’s motto, “Culture For Service and Service For Humanity”. Rather than gaining skills to be utilized exclusively for themselves and their immediate families, they held a deep conviction that they should return their newly acquired skills to the communities from which they had come.
